We added this due to its light weight making it viable for field use for party leaders or first responders. Note that as the accuracy of this unit is plus or minus 3mmHg for pressure and plus or minus 5% for pulse, so it is not as accurate as an auscultatory method. Also it needs to be kept warm while being used (around 5C).
