This charger can charge Li-Ion or LiFePO4 chemistry cells in numerous sizes from RCR123 to 26650 and everything in between such as AA, AAA and 18650. Use this to charge the Lithium Phosphate AA or AAA cells for the Frankenstein Battery pack or SD73, SD52, or SX5 headlamps at home or while travelling. A eral nifty feature of this charger is you can also use it to prepare your Li-Ion cells for long term storage. Why? Because Li-Ion cells should not be stored in a fully charged state (4.2v), instead they should be stored at 3.6v. As this charger uses a switch to select your cut-off voltage (you select 3.6v for LiFePO4 cells and 4.2v for Li-Ion), you can trick it onto placing a storage charge onto your Li-Ion cell. So, if you intend to store your Li-Ion cell, you select the 3.6v switch for LiFePO4 and when the LED indicator turns green, place your cell into storage.
