Warranty, Order Process, Shipping

• Our depot warranty does not affect any applicable manufacturer's warranties that may apply to branded items such as Spark Lights. As the manufacturer may change items of their warranty, it is best to check directly on their websites for their warranty which may exist in addition to the depot warranty, which is as follows: Defective items may be returned to us within 30 days for replacement . Any returned item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Returns that are not the result of our error or DOA items not eligible. We will cover the shipping expenses on any replacement items sent back to you from our warehouse. Costs incurred to return the original item will be paid for by the end user unless the return was due to item being DOA or by an error on our end (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Batteries are visually inspected and voltage measured before shipping but not charged (Note that Li-Ion batteries are stored and shipped in the range of 3.2-3.6V (this a mandated safety procedure) and therefore must be charged before use). Warranty will not apply to rechargeable batteries due to international shipping regulations, and the fact that improper use or charging of these will damage them instantly.

Shipping is via Canada Post

For sale priced items there is a $10.00 flat fee for shipping in Canada and $15.00 to USA. Any sale item automatically incurs a one time $10.00 shipping charge even if the order total is over the $75.00 threshold. If multiple items are ordered, EG: 1 sale item, and one regular item, the shipping charge remains at $10.00. Any additional sale items will add $4.00 per item to the shipping fee.
